As a third-generation Marin native, Trevor McCarthy is knowledgeable and connected where it counts. After a decade in construction project management, Trevor’s focus on increasing residential home values has built lifelong relationships with professional service providers. As a proud member of the Compass family, Trevor embodies hard work, integrity, and outstanding service. Trevor brings his excellent communication, eye for detail, and dedication to every transaction. When Trevor isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his daughter, Olivia, and their dog, Sonny.
