Ember Stomp invites residents to learn how we can all prepare for wildfire. This FREE event is fun for the whole family. A “Kids Zone” will feature a magician, face painting, sing-a-longs, and interactive games. The event includes wildfire products and service providers, fire smart landscaping exhibits, and live burn demos. Live music, food trucks, art and firefighting goats and sheep guarantee a good time.

Celebrate Point Reyes National Seasore with our annual fundraiser: Party on the Pacific Plate. To date, this annual event has raised close to $4 million over 14 years to support our work in conservation, education, and connecting people to the park. Funds from our 2024 event will help us grow our work to welcome all to the park, especially youth from communities that have historically been excluded from public lands. Funds also support family and adult environmental education programming, and vital habitat and trail restoration projects. With your support, we aim to strengthen these programs and continue connecting people to the wonders of this incredible National Park!
Italian Film Festival Featuring “A Hundred Sundays” at Angelico Hall

Presented by Lido Cantarutti, the Italian Film Festival started out as an informal one-time only presentation of Italian movies in a college lecture hall. Now celebrating 46 years, the Italian Film Festival of Marin County is on Saturdays from September 28 – November 2, 2024. Mr. Cantarutti has presnted appearances from Italian film directors and composers, dignitaries of the Italian and Italian-American communities, and an authentically Italian atmosphere at every presentation. All films are in Italian or original language with subtitles in English. All films are suggested for mature audiences.
