Marin is a great place to spend weekends. Apart from taking advantage of the great outdoors, there are also a number of events for your entertainment! See what we have in store for you this weekend!

Bolinas Community Center, 14 Wharf Road, Bolinas, CA 94924
Come around Bolinas Community Center and witness a contemporary dance performance by Zaccho Dance Theatre. This thought-provoking thirty minute contemporary dance performance was commissioned by Oakland’s Equal Justice Society in 2011, and created in response to their campaign to restore 14th Amendment protections for victims of discrimination. This includes those on death row, where there is a disproportionate number of African Americans and people of color. The work is even more powerful today as California moves toward abolishing the death penalty. This program is presented as part the Bolinas Museum exhibtion FOCUS: Joanna Haigood + Wayne Campbell. A community discussion with the artists and experts in the field follows.
