Tiburon Peninsula Holiday Festival

Join friends and neighbors and experience the ultimate holiday celebration at the Tiburon Peninsula Holiday Festival! Witness as Tiburon Peninsula Chamber of Commerce transforms the town into a winter wonderland full of cheer and classic family fun. There will be hands-on holiday activities including gingerbread house decorating, horse drawn carriage rides, train rides and more! Listen to the Reed Elementary, Bel Aire Elementary and Saint Hilary School Choirs as well as the very popular Del Mar Steel Pans band!  New this year, live music performed by No Room For Zeus. It’s going to be an afternoon of entertainment and treats, plus a wonderful selection of beer and wine!

Novato Annual Community Tree Lighting

Celebrating 91 years of tradition, don’t miss this year’s Annual Community Tree Lighting ceremony. A beloved celebration since 1928, this event will include food and drink, live entertainment, plus arts and crafts! Marin Symphony Holiday Pops Concert

Don’t miss Mill Valley’s landmark annual holiday celebration! It will be a fun-filled day of food, holiday entertainment and kid- and family-friendly activities. This year’s event will feature a massive slide, fantastic food from local restaurants like Piazza D’Angelo, Vitality Bowls, Equator Coffees & Teas, Good Earth Natural Foods and more, a wide range of games and activities and an extensive program of live performances. There will also be the Donation Station where you can donate canned food for the SF-Marin Food Bank, coats and jackets for One Warm Coat and unwrapped toy donations for the Toys for Tots program and the Performing Stars of Marin.

Festival of Lights

Bring your friends to the Osher Marin JCC for the biggest, best free Hanukkah celebration, the Festival of Lights! It’s going to be a party for all ages. Be dazzled by the mind-blowing surprises of Magical Nathaniel, shake it off at Family Zumba, head to the Marin JCC Preschool Hanukkah Experience Room for immersive activities, build Lego dreidels, decorate cookies, and enjoy Hanukkah storytelling and more with community partners. There will also be a Bounce House, plus live music by the Brandeis Marin Bands. Of course, you also get to indulge in delicious Hanukkah latkes & sufganiyot (doughnuts), and other festive food, plus there will be face painting and photobooth fun, and much more!

Menorah Lighting/GELT DROP

Join the Jewish community in lighting up a 10-foot Menorah with a first ever Gelt Drop and maximize the power of Jewish light and pride on the streets of Novato. What is a Gelt drop? Local firefighters will pull up their hook and ladder trucks over the crowd, raise the ladder, and then count down and sprinkle hundreds of chocolate Gelt coins! It’s going to be plenty of fun for kids and kids at heart! There will also be donuts, latkes, hot drinks, kids crafts, so don’t miss out!
